Joseph’s experience spans over 11 years in both the profit and non-profit sectors.  He designed and set up finance systems, managed accounting teams, oversaw budgets, and worked closely as a technical guide to senior management on financial management and governance issues.

 

Joseph’s project experience includes working on the USAID Ghana Partnership for Education: Learning and the DFID Complementary Basic Education project, amongst others.

 

Joseph holds a first degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology- Ghana, and an MBA in Finance from the Assam Don Bosco University- India.

Joseph joined the Lively Minds Ghana Team on July 5, 2021. Joseph is a strong advocate of data-driven decision-making and is keen on delivering value for the organisation by creating efficiencies in finance processes.

When Joseph is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys.
