Japhet joined Lively Minds in April 2023 as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
Japhet has eight years of experience as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning professional with International Development Organizations. Japhet joined Lively Minds from the USAID Partnership of Education, Learning, program implemented by FHI360 where he worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Coordinator for the 5 Northern Regions.
 
Japhet has acquired professional experience in data collection, data analysis, visualization, storage, and data quality checks. He has trained and monitored a team of regional and district GES officers, headteachers, curriculum leads, and teachers. He has experience in designing data collection tools, conducting ASER assessments, and monitoring the Fidelity of Implementation.

Japhet holds a bachelor’s degree in BA Development Education and a master’s degree in Master of Philosophy in Educational Innovations and Leadership Science.
