Fred Nantogmah

Operations Manager

Fred leads on Lively Minds operations utilising project management best practice and is based in Tamale, Ghana

Fred joined Lively Minds in April 2023, after more than 10 years of successful work in the non-profit and academic sectors. 

​

Fred has played several key roles in the non-profit sector including knowledge management, M&E, IT, and project management. In these roles, he has worked on over 19 national and international donor-funded projects and programmes in the areas of sustainable livelihoods, maternal and child health, mental health, migration, sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equity and inclusion, accountability, and rights-based advocacy.

During this period, he contributed extensively to systems strengthening, process optimisation and improved project management capability.

Until joining Lively Minds as Operations Manager and head of the Project Management Office, Fred was a lecturer at the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences where he taught among others, project management, web development technologies and IT foundations.

Fred holds a BSc Computer Science degree from the Catholic University of Ghana and an MSc Information Technology degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is also a certified project management professional and trained impact evaluator.
