Michael Angambori Atengdem
Global IT Manager
Michael joined Lively Minds in February of 2019 as IT administrator and currently holds the position of Global IT Manager. He has oversight responsibility for all IT systems and Administration for Lively Minds Globally.
At Lively Minds Michael is involved in all of our planning and implementation of technology systems. Michael also has a lead technical role in the production of radio and media content for the Lively Minds Together radio show.
Michael spent 10 years in the IT industry before joining Lively Minds, and boasts a huge range of IT experience, certifications and qualifications. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Management Information Systems, both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. Michael is a Liverpool fan and loves playing the keyboard.

Fred Nantogmah
Operations Manager
Fred joined Lively Minds in April 2023, after more than 10 years of successful work in the non-profit and academic sectors.
Fred has played several key roles in the non-profit sector including knowledge management, M&E, IT and project management. In these roles, he has worked on over 19 national and international donor-funded projects and programmes in the areas of sustainable livelihoods, maternal and child health, mental health, migration, sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equity and inclusion, accountability and rights-based advocacy.
During this period, he contributed extensively to systems strengthening, process optimisation and improved project management capability.
Until joining Lively Minds as Operations Manager and head of the Project Management Office, Fred was a lecturer at the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences where he taught among others, project management, web development technologies and IT foundations.
Fred holds a BSc Computer Science degree from the Catholic University of Ghana and an MSc Information Technology degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is also a certified project management professional and trained impact evaluator.

Abby Murphy
Curriculum Manager
Abby joined Lively Minds in October 2020 as the Global Content Officer, building her expertise to become a Curriculum Specialist and later on the Curriculum Manager.
Abby holds a BA. International Development and NGO Management, and a MA. Security, Conflict and International Development. Previous to Lively Minds, she worked for non-profit organisations in the UK, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Uganda as a Programme Manager for various education, health and youth programmes.
Abby is based in Uganda and enjoys exploring and travelling the country whenever possible.
