2 or 3 week volunteering in Ghana

Immerse yourself in village life working directly with teenagers and children

You’ll be working in rural deprived Primary Schools helping to improve the literacy and reading skills of upper Primary School children. You’ll be training the older primary children how to run Reading Schemes – giving them the confidence and skills to read aloud to the younger primary kids. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international development working in the field with teachers and children. Challenge and adapt your communication skills working with people from different cultures whilst making a real difference to their lives.
